We waited 90 minutes for a car. 90 minutes. The type we reserved wasn’t available so we were given a gas guzzler. We drove back to the airport the next day and got a different car - a beat-up Elantra with 47,000 miles on it. We were told it was “ready to go.” It was a blatant lie - it was filthy and spent the next hour cleaning the windows and vacuuming. Really lousy experience.Omdöme skrivet 25 juni 2022

Waited for shuttle van, which passed us three times. Eventually had to take a taxi to hotel. Enterprise said they would contact us and deliver a car. Never heard from them again. Last time for Enterprise…..Omdöme skrivet 24 maj 2022

I’ve had many different experiences with enterprise locations over the years. This location crew for both the pickup at Enterprise and drop off at Alamo was very efficient, fast, friendly, and professional. Kudos to them and makes me want to rent with Enterprise again! Understaffed like so many other businesses right now. Workers all seemed really worn out and running their butts off. Car windows wouldn’t close completely and was told it was factory defect, and it rained heavily for days so obviously it did get a little damp inside.Omdöme skrivet 9 dec. 2021

The $28 taxi ride with Kona Taxi from the airport to the Enterprise office was well worth it. He picked us up on time right next to the baggage claim and to our car. The Dodge Charger was very comfortable for the two of us. Kona Taxi was waiting for us at the Enterprise office at 6:15AM to take us to the airport for our return flight.
